The administrative centre of Dresden becomes a City Forum! Perfectly protected with Allprotect™

Brief description

Opposite the town hall, Dresden's new City Forum will be built until 2025 as the "town hall of the future". A remarkable building in the heart of Dresden, nine storeys high with a height of 33 metres. An imposing foyer with natural stone, wood, open staircases and large bay windows - all an example of sustainability and green ambition for the city.

To protect the large glass façades and numerous concrete staircases, the general contractor / ZÜBLIN, in charge of this construction decided to use 2 products from the ALLPROTECT by Landolt.com™ family. With ALLPROTECT™ Original, the concrete stair elements are protected directly on site, and then installed. The huge bay windows are first installed and then - for subsequent works - protected against soiling (plaster, paint, dust) and scratches with ALLPROTECT™ White.

• Protective products and duration of protection: use LANDOLT ALLPROTECT™ White for glass façades (at least 1 year) - and ALLPROTECT™ Original for staircase protection (1.5 years).
