Our long tradition as a Swiss producer began with Johann Landolt and his ropery in Näfels. It was the son, Fritz Landolt, who developed the one-man business into an important manufacturing business and founded FRITZ LANDOLT AG in 1920 as a textile company. Since then, the company has radically changed several times. The roots have remained – a passion for textiles and fascination with the technology and processes used to manufacture our products.
